Embroidery is a machine process and machines do make errors and break down. This is why embroiders prefer to embroider on appeal and products purchased through them. We are happy to provide our quality embroidery services to you on products you bring or ship to us however we can not guarantee or be responsible for unforeseen circumstances that may cause a garment or product you bring to us to become unusable. We take great care and will make every effort to ensure your items are embroidered as you request.
